It's exactly 1 wk due! Haha.. (dah basi pun citer). It wasnt really that spectacular nor it is that extravagant or whatever. It was just a simple day like any other days. I didnt expect much cos we're planning for a big event anyway. So saving babe! Anyway he bought me a pair shoes which goes well for the wedding outfit. Something was missing... the birthday cake. Reminded me of my 21st bday. While others are really enjoying their 21st party while I just had mine in a simple way. There goes how boring it can be on your day. So almost every yr I'm not looking forward to the Day cause I already knew what's gonna happen next.
On Mon when I arrived at work, opened my drawer, there lay this cute wrapped box with Rugs bear on it. I cant resist such ka-waii thingy. It just melts my heart. With a tiny card, I read the contents which ends with 'Love you, Lyea' and it's from Kate! Haha... she's sooo sweet! It suprised me and really kill my monday blues. The next day, I was in for a big surprise. Shalynn came over my table with this huge Takashimaya bag with a huge box wrapped with Precious Moments wrapper with pink ribbon(oooo... I love it to the max!). I read the card 1st as usual and laugh to myself when I read John's entry which says... 'May you have lots of kids to come so you can built a soccer team... Goodluck with your wedding.. Muackz.. John' Hahaz.. I was laughing the hell out and I was saying cross over the office... 'Hey John... it's my birthday.. since when it becomes my wedding day! Duh!!' The whole office broke into laughter.. Silly John. Always makes me smile from ear to ear. I kept on guessing the whole day what was inside that box.. cos Shalynn knows my fav gifts plc at Taka so I reckon that there must be something that I like in there that caught her eye. N my guess is right! Women instinct! It's amazing. Hah.. I only managed to open it aft work.. I was too excited and scream out loud. The thing that I've been eyeing for long enough and didnt expect that my bestfren could actually thought of it. It's lovely.. and that's all I can say... I love it! Thx lovely peeps.. and my dear bestfrens!
